this song is just about him being strong. about him getting hurt but no longer caring. about how he was never weak and was strong enough to prove that someone wrong and pull through alright. this song sounds like something i would right. something that i feel right now. he was so hurt that he now feels what once was love has now turned to a deep hatred. very good song i must say, very good.

I agree with it being a runaway from Satan and him falling for one of the tricks of Satan and being led away by God. He turns out having a deep hatred for Satan and wished that he would be punished for the things he has done in his life. How he brought pain, and let him suffer.

CHLkid I dont think you know what you're talking about. I'm not exactly all religious and everything, but I know Underoath's style, and this song is definitely about god. Angel Below should be enough for you to understand. And if you really read the lyrics... "up burn my thoughts of him the virus leaves me". Read that, would he refer to a girl as "him"..... On a final note, Underoath rocks, great song along with all the rest
