I think he's talking to a woman who's putting words in his mouth, and isn't giving him a chance to speak the truth. "Oh My, Who's stolen my right?" Sounds like he's shocked at what she's saying, then wondering why he's lost his right to talk.

"When your arms go around another.. Well I'll turn my back why bother" - Woman has cheated, perhaps?

"Well I've made my mistakes and know it, And I need a chance to blow it" - Looking for a way out of the relationship?

I think this woman is accusing him of false accusations and he's getting sarcastic about the situation.
