I think this song is about the cycles people go through to please others. People change themselves and reinvent themselves ever so often, so that they're not the same old person and so that people don't get "sick" of them.
this is a kick ass song...personally i don't care what it's about...
houston guy02 makes sense...people play games constantly in relatioships, to try and please the other person. When someone is in a relationship they're constantly scared the other person will tire of them, and this song seems to describe those feelings. Oh, and Sneaker Pimps are amazing.
I think the song rocks...I just love it...and yes...I think it's about someone that just changes for someone in order to "fit in" and so the persons next to him doesn't get sick of him :)

very kick ass. sounds like a person who just "tosses arond" their partner, using them for whatever they need whenever not giving a shit about the person at all, but only what they need him/her for.
This is one of my favourite Sneaker Pimps, and it seems to be about changing yourself to suit other people or to get someone to like you. The video is Chris Corner getting changed and changing styles and in the end he covers himself in some form of black paint. Check out the video anyway, it's hot!
To me, this is about using roleplaying as some sort of sexual game. Becoming someone else for a little while (".. if your aim is for the quick fix") just to please the other person.
