I'm guessing the title of the song is suggesting this is sorta like a Psalm...at first I thought it might just be inspired by a Psalm but flipping through Psalms I found that there are actually 150 Psalms...maybe "151" is saying this is another song to God in a way. I dunno, just a thought...
