I love this song. To me it's about love at first sight. Seeing someone, maybe across a crowded room, instantly falling in love, meeting, and then living happily ever after with them.
this song could also be about a vampiric lover. They only come out at night, they would be a 'stranger' and glamour could contribute to the 'sharing of love'.
