"You Can Have It All" as written by John Henry Andersson and Gita Lake....
If you want, want my love
Take it baby
If you want, want my heart
Take it baby
You can have it all

If you want, want my time
Take it baby
And if you want my last dime
Take it bay
You can have it all

Take it baby, you can have it all

My InterpretationBeautiful simple song about the course of life and love and all of the nuances therein. Georgia Hubley's parents were accomplished animation artists in the 1970s and whenever I hear this I picture in my mind the animated story of a couple falling in love, getting married, having a child, growing old together (tone change), suffering loss and reflecting on the past . All in the course of a 4 minute montage like the old man's life in pixar's Up….only instead of the CG characters, hand drawn figures like the classic comic strip Ziggy. Someday I will make a film like that.
