im not too sure, it jus sounds really cool... first impression was an abusive realtionship with someone he loved really much and felt he had to no choice but hurt her, until he went to far and killed her
love this song..! i dont think its about abuse. in fact, i see it as how he seems to take all of her pain, as if he is her rock, her saviour. like she's falling apart in front of him and he's trying to save her.. amazing song anyway, the intro is just incredible =]
