It's about his ex-wife, as are most of Ween's love songs. I always pair this up with 'She Fucks Me' from The Pod. This is like the epitome of Gener's heartbreak coming through in song (it's beautiful but there's something dark and tragic about it) and She Fucks Me is Deaner's little tale of heartbreak.
