i love the repetition, it makes me smile that someone would write a song about something that sweet and private.

It IS a beautiful song but i don't really like the long drawled out "make love to me forever"....

I would like him to sing more in the first minute or so.

I think this would be a great way to propose. I would be like Hells yeah Ill make love to you forever.

you hit the nail on the head sofarsogood. this song seems like something you'd be thinking while you were....in the moment.

I really like this song. When I first read the title and all, I was a little hesitant, and I'll admit I won't listen to it on my ipod when there's someone in the room in case I blush or something... but the lyrics, the not-repeated ones, they're so simple. Like, to me, that's sort of the image or whatever of love, like the startings of a love, that he says he's still afraid and that he wants her to hold his hand because of it or something. And the fact that it's a Snow Patrol song, that Gary's singing it, it makes me (at least) like it quite a bit more. I dunno, but it's a beautifullt simple song, however odd the title. One of the best off of that album.
