I have to admit, this is a combination of various lyric site interpretations and my own guesswork. Because the voice is "vocoded", and because the lyrics aren't anything like proper sentences, it's incredibly hard to figure out.

I believe the title of the album is a play on the expression “there’s plenty of fish in the sea,” so when he says fish, it means the same as girl. I have no clue as to what the meaning of blue is. He mentions her chewing, which I think is a way of emphasizing that this girl is a starter. Calling her a Christian also implies that the girl was a virgin up until now. “Dreams of liquid dream salty” is him basically saying he’s getting ready to ejaculate, but he realizes it’s a false alarm after she had slowed. I think the next verse is him getting high on weed saying more and more nonsensical things and “Bubble” ending the blowjob. It could just be that I’m extremely dirty minded, but this is the only explanation that made sense to me, and I’m a bit surprised I’m the only one who had mentioned a blowjob, considering the constant use of “blow,” “faster,” and “slow down.”
