This is a f*ckin' great song, but I think other people rather write the meanings of the song that's maybe why no one commented it!
i believe this is an awesomely great war-time influencer. To me these lyrics symbolize power in unity and a whole army standing fighting together as one, and it's something i could see in maybe a NAVY recruiting video or something.
To me this song is all about pushing on through the hard times, even when someone you loved/liked is not there to help you. As the lyrics say; Carry on, forever carry on!
