Part 2 :

"Whatever¹s bound on earth Will in heaven be bound In Jesus name"

Meaning : Whatever happens on earth will be judged by God on Judgment day

Part 3 :

"Enemy of God every knee will bow Every tongue confess Jesus Christ is Lord"

Meaning : At the end , at Judgement day everyone who ever lived by God or Satan, will repent.
