i love this song
great song...the melody, lyrical content, and his voice song about relationships...complaining about the other seeing the bad in everything about him...but too he not knowing whether to commit or not...seems like he would be ok not being in the relationship but "I can’t picture another arm around you"

i think hes not sure whether or not he wants 2 take a break from the relationship that he is in.. he knows he could b okay w/o her, but that he couldnt stand it if she was w/ someone else....
I just saw Ari Hest live on Saturday and he is such an incredibly talented musician! I've been listening to his music for about a year now and this is the first time I got to go see him in concert...everyone who likes his music should DEFINITELY see him live!! I even got to meet him afterwards and get an autograph and picture with him!! He is such a nice guy! Anyways....about the song...I think it's about a relationship that's just starting to turn sour, and he is willing to do anything to try and save it, but she is not cooperating and wants to break free...
i saw him play a couple of years ago, back in probably 2001 or 2002. he is amazing. if you like this, you should check out the three albums before his major label release. but i really enjoy this song and his voice
