Coin-Laundry Loser Lyrics

so tired you could sleep with the light on
with the stereo blasting in you ear
you know you're tired when your senses fail

i'm a coin-laundry loser with a degree
i'm the car alarm in an '83 pontiac, painted black

keep the loved ones posted, someday they will have to come and bail you out
hold your breath, count to ten, save your cursing for the navy wingnut

so caught up in being noteworthy, the average ghost is haunting someone else
you know you're wired when your senses fail

i'm a coin-laundry loser with a degree
i'm the car alarm in an '83 pontiac, painted black

keep the loved ones posted, someday they will have to come and bail you out
hold your breath, count to ten, save your cursing for the navy wingnut

i think its about someone who is just starting to live on thier own. and they aren't realy too sure how they should live and they are scared and lonely, and the song is reminding that person not to forget their family cause they will always be there

haha. i always thought when he was saying "navy wingnut" he said "navy wind-uh" but, what is a navy wing nut? i have to say...the digoree thing is funny.

but this song i think is about him. hes college educated with a degree but feels like hes wasting his life away. hes so tired of the same thing and tired of trying. he wants to get away.
