I'd say this Willie Dixon cover is about infidelity and its consequences. He's crazy for his extra-marital girlfriend, even though this affair has ruined his home life with his wife and child.

This song (along with You Shook Me) was originally written by Willie Dixon, a good ol' sit-on-the-porch-in-a-rocking-chair-and-play-heart-broken-blues bluesman. Led Zeppelin took the blues, added a hefty pinch of rock/metal and the occasional dash of folk, mixed it all together and produced classics like this. I was 10 years old when Bonzo died, and I've cursed that day ever since. There hasn't been a band since that has come even close to their collective genius, and this track is one of my favourites.

this song... i love it. the Jimmy page and Robert Plant are, as usual, amazing. The lyrics and the music is so bluesy, and have the amount of emotion in them that one might expect from blues. wonderful
