Measuring a summer's day, I only finds it slips away to grey
The hours, they bring me pain

Tangerine, Tangerine, living reflection from a dream
I was her love, she was my queen, and now a thousand years between

Thinking how it used to be
Does she still remember times like these?
To think of us again?
And I do

Tangerine, Tangerine, living reflection from a dream
I was her love, she was my queen, and now a thousand years between

The musicianship is amazing, even if it's simple. The chord progression Page does is genius, and the solo is too. The way the melancholy in the present of the verse is expressed by the guitar and vocals, the happiness in looking back at memories during the chorus is done by a simple but powerful progression, and the solo changes throughout, but the style is the same, and you feel the same sense of the blend of sadness and happiness. You just can't say enough about this song.
