ive been obsessed with this song since forever... i just want to like tell everyone on here about it because its in the top 3 greatest 80s songs of all time! ahh this song reminds me of my love... we would play this song along with so many others over and over because we were obsessed lol sigh the good days... man i wish there were more comments xP

This song so perfectly expresses my soul-destroying and still fiery burning love for my first love, and to be honest, forever strongest love since I was with my French girl, now 19 years ago, and just about every love song I've heard since then reminds me of what should have been. Like a few days after we first met I started imagining how our, no doubt beautiful, children would look like, how we'd welcome our grandchildren someday and everything else. Listen...

Listen to Elvis' Tender Feeling and you'll get it 100%. The whole French L'Amour thing just makes it all the more powerful since she's French. I was born in 1979 so I was a bit late to the 80s music party, but it is by far my favorite decade, followed by the 60s.
Awesome song, sang with such emotion and feeling. Plus, the choir is a nice touch too.
