i have no clue what this song is about but i love it anyway. "just give me one more try!" i can so relate
He's in love with someone. But, someone or something has just revealed something bad he did in the past. It seems that she doesn't think they really know eachother deep down but he says he doesn't know himself and how he could have done such thing, so how can he know her if he doesn't know himself? So, he wants another try to be with her and he wants to be with her anyway.
I've always gotten a weird feeling this song is about abortion/miscarriages. If you listen to it, and think about it, it's really a heartbreaking song in that context.
