This song is definetly about drugs. Because if you listen to the pace of the song it sounds like an acid trip, The line "When you knock on the door in my head and it's beating like a drum" refers to because when on drugs even the softest door knock can be an exploding sound. "Is there more of the same and where can I find it?"
