i think this song really is deep....i think that it means that the person in the crowd is alone in thoughts. Like he said back and forth, side to side, a lonley boy a man's disguise means really that inside the man that he wants to become is a boy and can't help jumping back and forth from present to past memories.....and such....i like this song a lot and i think Catch 22 KMA!
