Let me forget
Let me forget
Or let me go
Let me go
I'll keep it quiet as a whisper
I'll keep it low low low...
Never!
The biggest word I ever heard
Stop dead
Stop dead
You're getting too close...
Before you even opened your eyes
I moved about a million ways
I killed about a million people
And filled about half a day
Before you even opened your eyes
You had to have to ask me who
I love it...
I mean you...
My face was in your hands
You looked into my eyes
You said I tasted right
And swallowed me alive
Let me forget
Or let me go
Let me go
I'll keep it quiet as a whisper
I'll keep it low low low...
Never!
The biggest word I ever heard
Stop dead
Stop dead
You're getting too close...
I moved about a million ways
I killed about a million people
And filled about half a day
Before you even opened your eyes
You had to have to ask me who
I love it...
I mean you...
You looked into my eyes
You said I tasted right
And swallowed me alive

Not entirely sure about the meaning behind this song, but I know that it's one one Simon Gallup's favorites (because of the bass-line). The song was going to make it on the album right up to the last minute, but never did make it much to Simon's dissappointment. (bummer...)
"Before you even opened your eyes I moved about a million ways I killed about a million people And filled about half a day Before you even opened your eyes You had to have to ask me who I love it... I mean you..."
I think that has something to do about cheating on someone. I'm not sure but I can see it meaning that before she'd even realized he'd gone astray he'd cheated with a ton of people.
Robert Smith said, in an interview, that this song was about meeting his match...whatever that means.
