It's a feel good band song, makes you want to party in the Caverns and drink and dance all night.. of course, with that one special one that does it for you and enthralls you with such pleasure there is no escape.. you'r chained buddy, she owns you.

Sounds like he's talking to another attractive girl, to whom he is not married, and telling her that he can't get involved with her because he's married.
