It's about someone who moans and whinges all the time. I love this song because I can't stand people who whinge all the time, about anything from little things, to how bad their life is and that they're gonna commit suicide. If you've genuinely got a problem sort it instead of whinging, harsh I know but everyone else goes through periods where nothing's right as well. Ahem yes, anyway amazing song one of their best I reckon.
