The "Huboon" is a non-natural mutation of a human, a painful surgical procedure meant to deal with some sort of biological defect(?), that ends in the individual's something-something being cured, but left scarred, looking like a monkey. Visual representations are shown in Booji Boy's "My Struggle" book, and the "Secret Agent Man" video, as the spankers of another DEVO character, "Bawl-Baby". The word is a combination of human and baboon.

Not much to comment on the song's lyrics itself, it seems to be a rouge huboon going postal because of the mental and maybe even physical torment done to him by society. His surgery left him, as mentioned before, scarred, looking ape-like, and it seems everyone thinks this is the funniest shit ever (pretty realistic), and laugh at him and his un-human looking features.

He's done with it all! He's gone disney-villain mode, but more 90s-disney-villian mode, as he's taking it upon himself to rape and hurt the people who did him so wrong before.

Not an admiral revenge, but revenge nonetheless. He did it to himself! And somebody's gonna be real, REAL sorry. It all seems to be a sort of satiric commentary of these anti-hero characteristics we see in movies like "Falling Down", where someone is pushed beyond their mental limits, and snaps, resulting in a murderous rampage. The "I did it to myself! Now somebody's gonna be sorry..." line seems to indicate that DEVO is laughing at these type of people, who seem to take the only slightly lower-hand they've been given in society that they might have even inflicted on themselves, and think it's a perfectly good reason to go apeshit (ha) on people who probably have been given a similar hand, and are simply following the sheep, laughing along with the other people, even if they don't find it funny, just to seem more normal and similar to the others.

No one's in the right here, but someone's for-sure more in the wrong.

TLDR; mr huboon baby goes batshit crazy on the people who did him wrong. again, no one's in the right, but someone (mr huboon baby) is way more in the wrong for the way he's reacting.
