my favourite black crowes song. it's just plain awesome.

meaning wise, i find it to be slightly sexual at times. But basically, a relationship that WILL hapen sooner or later but he wants it to move on faster than it does at the moment.

I agree...great song. As TX9 said, it is about a relationship. Sounds like she wants a long term relationship or at least wants to date awhile before having sex. He, on the other hand, is "not staying long, just passing through".

The chorus could apply to many situations. Could be used as a motivational song when training for a race.
