Really nice song. It's basically about wanting a friend that u like to like u as much as u like them, and is saying u will wait 'til they change their mind. I didn't stop playing this song last summer when i could relate to it last summer.

this song was playin wen the first boyfriend i had that i really cared for broke up w/ me =( and i was on the rag so i was emotional and stuff n i was tryin to get him to take me back ...its weird that song came on wen that happened ..jus my luck ..neway at the moment i sorta could relate to the song ..its a great song n its catchy.. cyndi is awesome
This song is where I'm at right now in my life. I've been waiting for a "change of heart" for almost 2 years now, and that friend and I have been through so much together. This is one of my favorite Cyndi Lauper songs.
I've had many, many "Change of heart" moments over the years, so this song will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank the good Lord I don't have to worry about it anymore, as I've been with my very best friend for 12 years now and haven't looked back. I'll always love the song though, so dance worthy!
wow I love this song...always been a big favourite, i rarely listen to this song without getting teary! Saw Cyndi in melbourne live a few months ago and my god she was amazing and when she sang this I was taken back to the 80's and all those relationship dramas! Loved the film clip too and so wanted yellow hair like hers!
