Even though my name is not Anna I still love this song! I think it's hilarious the part "Just one more thing, girl. You give back your ring to me, and I will set you free, Go with him" It's like they say heah leave but don't take my ring It cost me Woman!

i believe it was arthur alexander who both wrote and first performed this song. i haven't heard the original but i take it for granted that the beatles' version is better... just because... it's the beatles.
