I love J. Mascis but a lot of his songs are about the same thing -- alienation. This song fits it to a "t." "Things I'd say but just can't face All it means to say them " He'd like to tell people to get the hell out but "just can't face" doing it. "Am I acting on something real? Or am I blowing it again? " Unsure of what to do (surprise, surprise)...
