Rampid Lyrics

Tomorrow
Will we all just fade away
And will the sun explode
Destroying everything

Tomorrow
Will we all just fade away
And will the sun explode
Destroying everything

We are lines too little
Fading fast away
Too little we all shine
We will find a way
We are lines, we are lines
Fading fast away, fading fast away

What happens
Will we all just fade away
And will the sun explode
Destroying everything

What happens
Will we all just fade away
And will the sun explode
Destroying everything

I've never heard the true version of this song...I've only been privlaged enough to hear a remix of it off of their "sinister nostalgia" cd. Since the first time I've them, switchblade symphony has been one of my favorite bands...but their lyrics, much like Rasputina's...leave something to be desired. Switchblade Symphony doesn't exactly contain the world's most poetic individuals within it, but they make up for it completely with their strong voices and music...especially in this one. It's hard for me to really understand the meaning of this song...because it's so hard to understand whether it has a possitive or negative meaning. It all is narrowed down to one single line, "We will find a way"...Normally, that would definately be considered a possitive optimistic meaning...but it because "fuzzy" when you look at the context it's in. Do they mean they will find a way to fade away, and to allow the sun to just destroy everything? I get that feeling...especially since it leaves off with "Fading fast away, fading fast away" as the last lyrics before it runs the chorus for the last time... Perhaps SS did this on purpose though...leaving it to the fans to come up with their own answer.

That theory is highly likely. Personally. I view this song in a negative way, not that its bad, simply because I think thats what its trying to conver. Wondering what the purpose for being here is, and what will happen after we are gone.

I believe that in this song Tina is talking about Judgement day or when the world will end. She is just wondering how exactly everyone will die or what happens after everything is over, Is it simply over? I dont think it's too much of a positive or negative song. She is just looking for answers.

It's obvious to me that this is about judgement day, as a previous poster has already pointed out.
