I read an interview about the cd and all the songs jonathan wrote are written in the perspective of Lestat (the main character) and about being a vampire and having to live alone for eternity.

Good song, good soundtrack.

I think the lyric is Lets see you've got the gull (probably incorrect spelling) meaning that in the movie Lestat wants the vampires to take action against him, he wants them to try and kill him

At first I thought that this was Jonathan to...but hey its still a good song even if Jonathan doesn't sing it

I thought it was jon too but u can tell that its not because jonathan would have more of a unique sound u know how he does his thing, he woulda made it more korn sounding you know but still this song rules, didnt jonathan write like 6 of the songs for this soundtrack?

i mistaked this for korn when i first heard it too.fuckin rocks though.kick ass song

IN the film lestat wants to be killed by the vampires, right? Why?

Is it the fact that he is himself a vampire and is destined to wander the earth for eternity or is it because he got really bored in the gap between life and death?! what do you think?

The lyrics are about how lestat wants these vampires to come get him. at the begining of the song he says: "You think you're smart, You're not" obviously he wants to enrage the other vampires. Jonathan did a fantabilous job writing the lyrics!!!

AND...Miss 'GhostWishing' you obviously have NOT heard the korn albums or are too lazy to even do so. KoRn are one of my fav Bands and you miss are an idiot.

I will start by saying this song could be two songs. The first two lines and the rest of the song. I mean, how amazing are those lines?

'You think you're smart. You're not.'

As for the song, well, it's really quite brilliant, I think. I would say that the line 'all this bitching and moaning' isn't quite strong enough enough for the rest of the song, because it is a very powerful song. 'The jury is coming, coming to tear me apart.' Just brilliant, and the chorus too. Sadly, I have not been able to watch the film yet, though I love the book. I've heard that the film of Interview With The Vampire should have been called The Vampire Lestat instead though. But everyone loves Lestat!
