When I was young
I never needed anyone
And makin' love was just for fun
Those days are gone

Livin' alone
I think of all the friends I've known
But when I dial the telephone
Nobody's home

All by myself
Don't want to be, all by myself anymore
All by myself
Don't want to live, all by myself anymore

Hard to be sure
Some times I feel so insecure
And love so distant and obscure
Remains the cure

All by myself
Don't want to be, all by myself anymore
All by myself
Don't want to live, all by myself anymore

When I was young
I never needed anyone
And makin' love was just for fun
Those days are gone

All by myself
Don't want to be, all by myself anymore
All by myself
Don't want to live, all by myself anymore

All by myself
Don't want to be, all by myself anymore
All by myself
Don't want to live, all by myself anymore

All by myself
Don't want to be, all by myself anymore

General CommentSimple lyrics that she’d light on the the changes in life. At the begging for of your life you are growing and experiencing new things however, as you get older you lose the people around you until there is only you. It’s the evolution of man and a sad reality most get to figure out sooner or later.

Go visit your mom and dad and grandparents, especially if they are older.
They miss you and are going through this now....
