Make It Home Lyrics

Make It Home

( My So Called Life Soundtrack )

Hmm..mmm..mmm...
Mmm..mmm...
Mmm..mmm...
Mmm.....

Deepening night, think on a time
All was bright
Here in this dark place, I see in your face
All is not right

Make it, make your way home
Better than the last
Break it, break the alone
Take a second chance

Open a window, let in the snow
Cold is all I know
Go to the fire, stir it around
There's a warmer place for you to go

So, make it, make your way home
Better than you have
Break it, break the alone
Leave it in the past

Oh, look and you'll find it
Someone wants to love you
Look and you'll find it
Someone wants to love you

Wake it, wake your dream
One forgotten me
Sleepin' deep inside o' you
Heavenly peace

"oh, look and you'll find it someone wants to love you"

god, what a great song. juliana hatfield is just incredibly talented on the guitar, and has a beautiful angelic voice to boot. I remember the episode of my so-called life that this show was on (what a great show that was), still. I guess this is sort of ... a prompt to someone who has run away from home to give it a second chance.

I don't remember this song ever being on My So Called Life... I need to watch more tv. Anyway, this song's on a Christmas cd I've had forever, so this song brings a Christmas feeling to me. I'ts got a somewhat depressing mood to it but is comforting at the same time.

Juliana was the angel on the christmas episode of make it home. The producers wanted her to do a song for the show, and when they heard she was taking acting lessons, they asked her to to a part in the show, where she sings Make It Home
