There's this groovy gal out there called Jennifer n she suggested i listen to this song so maybe we could play it together one day~ -THANKQ JENNIFER I LOVE THIS SONG! HOHOHO!! (^^)!!! What is means to me?.. emMM.. to be honest, didnt think of that the 1st time i heard of it but got more obvious as i put it on repeat~ ^^ The artists may have intended it to be interpreted as the "revival" of an old love~ i saw it as... an end of one and the begining of another~ =) which is pretty funky and made sense to me cuz.. shrugz in context maybe? anywayz!~ have a wonderful day everybardie!~ ^^!! I remember hearing either Richard Marx or Donna Lewis say that this song was about, how, in relationships, things are always great at the beginning and after a while, the initial "flare" is lost. This song was about wishing to preserve that "flare".

While I love the actual meaning to this song, this song means a lot to me for an entirely different reason. It reminds me of my younger days as a little kid when Anastasia was one of my favorite movies. <3 I remember rewinding the end credits over and over again just so I could listen to this song.
Even as a kid, I had a great taste in music. :)
Actually whenever I listen to this song, I recall my childhood, cos I always loved the cartoon "The Lion King", and this is one of it's soundtracks. :)
