Mabey this one's about the lonelyness and isolation one feels during the teen-age years. And the line about "broken ribs" might be the bullying some go through....I might be reading a little too much into it though.
nah i think you might be right "escaped harsh words by breaking their teeth" but the line "loss of guidance" might be about the childs parents being killed "his burden was chosen as the vessels broke in their eyes" might refer to a car crash
yeah this song definitely seems to be about a teenager that gets bullied and possibly kills himself? the only reason i say that is the part about him not being able to take it anymore but then again it might be in the eye of the bully he lost all his friends, so he had to pick on people to feel good about himself
