Sammy wrote this song about his first wife. They lived next to Eddie Van Halen at the time and him and his wife were starting to get frisky when eddie started yelling up to sammy's bedroom balcony to come down, so he told his wife ed will never go away until I go down there and see what he wants, so he went down and Eddie had a guitar rif he came up with for sammy to hear. They sat on the porch and he played it, while in the middle of it Sam looked up and saw his wife shut the bedroom light off. Instantly he made Eddie start from the top and he made the lyrics to the song up as he was singing it to his wife in the bedroom. The next day they recorded it
