Well not really selling out but in a since yes...i think he was trying to say That Cali is full of buisness man and there record deal's and industuralizers that try to get all of your money and will make a deal with any one any where for money...the green eyed greeders!

this song is somewhat aboot smut peddlers and people that support the internet and trying to make the government hip and approve to audiences everywhere, even the anarchists... and the gov't does this by trying to support things that have a demographic to do things and not care about the repocussions of their actions, a la the teenage audience, therefore appealing to the audience
