Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.

Man this song is really deep, i feel it is about papa smurf's long running crush on smurfette and how he feels so much depression (line 2) and just feels he is a failure. He is obviously become an alcaholic (as shown in line 3) and has sunken into a life of crime, stealing anything of Baby Smurf's. Then in the very grousumly detailed line 4, he decides i f he cant have Smurfette, noone can and starts the chainsaw and goes on a blue-blooded frenzy, killing all the Smurfs, bar Smurfette. And then (again detailed in line 4) he has an in depth conversation trying to convince Smurfette to marry him. Since she is terrified, she reluctantly agrees. Later that year he is the proud father of 3 smurfs and this is ironic, because in line 1 when the song says "la la" he quotes his dream to be a father. This song is really well written and has a nice tune, i definately classify this as EMO, although many people out there are classifying this as hard rock. This song is good in verse one, and the chorus is really melodic, but too bad verse 3 lets it down. Overrall the band write this song very well and it is much better performed live and i reccomend that everyone out there visits at leas once :)
