I woke up!

wooooh, I'm a TV

last night
a good dream
woke me up
wooooh, transforming TV

I was entertained and smiled
jumped straight out of my bed

wooooh, I'm a TV

humming this and that
and got myself a glass of water
and sat down in my favourite chair
and kept smiling but not for,
not for long because

wooooh, transforming TV

I realised that all my dreams are
nothing but the repetition
of last week's television

I was no longer amused by,
by my dream.

I'm on my knees

like a lame turtle I paced the room

down on all four, follows

who was disturb, I must without

antennae

knowledge I could only blame myself
and no one else

thrust out through my forehead

tried to sleep again,
but he can, he can't, no,
not a dream, not again
nooo!
all my dreams are
nothing but the simple repetition
of last week's television

I've turned into a TV
my screen is smiling
to get your attention
I want you!
woo-oo-ooh, I'm a TV

just jumped out of my bed
and into the TV room
wooooh, transforming TV
in my anger threw the TV set
out the window
regretted instantly
because this was a brand new
20 inch - 26 inch TV set
Oh no!
in my bed, try to sleep
but I can't
'cause all my life, all my dreams
are out of the window
with this new TV set!
