Israfel, the sweetly song you sing me, is running through my head and back again. All this life, was everything I could hope for, and I owe it to you my only friend.

But all my life is a mystery, a song I sing, a place for me to spread my special thing. I'd fall apart but for the melody in my view. And all my love is in everything I do and I'm not gonna stop, gonna spread my wings, gonna take it to the top. I swear to God, but I don't know what I wouldn't do.

Esta Vida is life.
Got myself a twenty dollar bill,
I'm gonna rocket on through the night.
Esta Vida is life.
No matter what the doctor gonna say,
I've had a mighty good life.

She held my hand, as though it were the last one, that she would ever have to call her own. And in this time, she built up her defenses, and it's a damn good thing she works alone.

You were the one that they run and they turn to. Always the same 'cause he loves who he wants to. Never could guess 'cause he knows his opinion, better than anyone else. Sick of himself he can care for no other, but now he's so far away he's lost touch with his mother, and he has suffered enough for the cause, but a secret clause says spread your wings and fly.

Everything is gonna be okay, when the day turns to night or the night turns into day. I'd fall apart but for the melody in my view. But all my love in everything I do and I'm not gonna stop, gonna spread my wings, gonna take it to the top. I swear to God but I don't know what I wouldn't do.

I haven't listened to this, only saw it in the most recent comments thing, and thought I'd comment.

"Esta Vida" literally means "This Life." So the inclusion of those words in the lyrics make no sense to me, but oh well...

Fortnight
Taylor Swift
The song "Fortnight" by Taylor Swift and Post Malone tells a story about strong feelings, complicated relationships, and secret wishes. It talks about love, betrayal, and wanting someone who doesn't feel the same. The word "fortnight" shows short-lived happiness and guilty pleasures, leading to sadness. It shows how messy relationships can be and the results of hiding emotions. “I was supposed to be sent away / But they forgot to come and get me,” she kickstarts the song in the first verse with lines suggesting an admission to a hospital for people with mental illnesses. She goes in the verse admitting her lover is the reason why she is like this. In the chorus, she sings about their time in love and reflects on how he has now settled with someone else. “I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary / And I love you, it’s ruining my life,” on the second verse she details her struggles to forget about him and the negative effects of her failure. “Thought of callin’ ya, but you won’t pick up / ‘Nother fortnight lost in America,” Post Malone sings in the outro.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
