person one is singing this song to person 2.....i think that 1 is holding on to a strong memory that they have with 2, and maybe 2 has forgotten about them, and 1 is trying to open that world back up to 2....i think that 1 wont give up on 2 because of the memories that they had. does that make sence???...probably not but it does to me:)
