hey guys. there are so many different interpretations of this song! its excellent! i like the god one, and the prostitution one(if that isnt a range, i dont know what is) and the relationship one, and the overlooked one...ok so i like them all! but i was just re-reading the lyrics and trying to think of anything else it could mean and i came up with an animal at the spca. its from them saying "im showing u everything i have to offer, but apparently its nothing because you dont even notice me, you just go on by". its sad, because they need someone to pick them, but everyone just goes looking for something better, and ignores the "fallen angel...tragedy"...this abandoned (fallen), innocent (angel), animal. this tragedy because its so upsetting to see animals without homes who havent been treated right. i know that wouldn't have anything to do with what they meant when they wrote the song, but hey, random is my middle name :)
