I totally agree with "thoughts", it's not much about the lyrics or the rythm but that don't-know-how-to-call-it thing you get whenever you hear this song, you just start wondering: what could had happened if only i'd have stayed a minute longer ?
I gotta disagree i love this song and i think lots of people can relate to reminicing about the past and wanting to be back there for just a minute longer (cheesy haha)
I love this song. More than the lyrics alone - I love the feeling I get when I listen to it. There have definitely been moments in my life when I wanted to stay a minute longer . . .
The song is about wanting a minute longer to reminisce and smile about the past, and the lyrics seem to suggest it’s about a familiar pub, some old friends, and silly drunken games. I love this song, as it reminds me of old friends and times long past, even though life in general is much better in the present.
Performance and cocktails has 13 songs. 10 are amazing (the opening 8 and the last 2) and the other 3 are good but not on the same level, this song is one of them.
I like it but i think it should have been a b-side.
