I don't have anything to say about this song beyond that it's title is very similar to Trembling Hand Precision, which is a game theory concept. When I couple that with non-zero possibility, it becomes obvious that someone in this band has a bit of advanced--grad level--mathematical knowledge. How much so is up for grabs. It adds character and that does not surprise me. These guys aren't dimbulbs.

This song is amazing, if you haven't heard it you are missing atd-i at their best. I really cant figure out the meaning to it though, can anyone else?
this song is about abortion i figured it out by reading the lyrics(no wire coat hangers...never again) coat hangers are used for bloody home abortions which can kill or paralyze

I believe Omar said before that this was about surgery and not an abortion, but it doesn't make sense otherwise.
song's actually about a past abortion, and its traumatic effects on a woman, and how she's chosing abstinence. look at the first part "keep your pants on boy" "horsepower assault" refers to the actual gruesome abortion that has taken place "in choked mouths of rivers, parted like a sea of infidelity"
that actually sounds more like a rape, but i could be mistaken. but i don't see it as a regular surgery, unless its a visectame (i definitely spelled that wrong) or something else. stictched lips sounds like the vaginal cavity being sewn shut. haha i know it sounds gross but its possible
The song could be out a rape and then subsequent abortion due to pregnancy, what youeatpoop pointed out about "stitched lips" is, I guess, a metaphor for abstinence, which youeatpoop also pointed out.
"stitched lips" could also mean female circumsition(mutilation) performed in africa and in the middle east.
