This may be a far fetched idea here but mhz is the abbrevaiation for megahertz, but pronounce hertz. Mega Hurts. You understand? It goes great with the idea about how Russia was fucking its proletariats. a proletariat owned no factors in production and they made their living selling their own hardships, farming, crafting and such.

It seems like atleast some people here don't know the meaning of what proletariat is... the proletariat is people who don't offer anything else than their manpower. Anyway I also think that this song is about the soviet union, and i agree with what vacantfademe wrote...but at first i didn't understand "the cotton candy coated teeth"... but after a while it seems obvious for me [since i think it's about soviet] that he is referring to all the cotton fields that they forced people to set up to make the country become more self-supporting around the aral lake (i think that it is the english name for it, (im swedish)) that has made the lake totally drain out... so what use to be the third biggest lake in the world is today more like a puddle in comparison.
