i think this song is hating against people who find the wrong ways, drugs, alcohol, sex, fame etc to solve their depression/problems. clocks ticking away = you dont live fvr world doesnt change in a day= things dont instantly change makes me sick to see what you need to breathe = makes him sick to see that people need things that are killing them to live
