I think this song is playfully describing mutual masturbation. It seems sort of obvious with the last two verses. It could be a play off a Dr. Seuss rhyme, yet this song could just be a sick joke not meant to hurt anybody. Not my favorite song, but it's decent.

I think this song is a euphemism for the verbal masturbation that is the mass media, self gratifying themselves through spewing out their oh-so-precious and self-important thoughts and interpretations (aka Kardashians et al). He also skewers the Christian faith with its self-righteous and judgemental outpourings of smug self-superiority while they wait for their daddy (Christ) to re-appear. It's also a warning that this stream lulls us into a dream state where we lose our own autonomous thinking in front of the boob tube.
