I think this song is about falling in love with someone who you have been an acquaintance with for quite a while and perhaps you did not have positive feelings towards this person originally but everything changes suddenly. The sudden feelings you have towards this person are so strong and sure that you can't believe you didn't see it before. Such a beautiful song.
