The bridge sort of screws up the meaning but I think it's someone like an ex girlfriend that doesn't want you to move onto someone else.

no, I find you had the right focus on this song...

basically its an ex girlfriend situation where she shows up when he appears to have moved on with someone else...

part of his bridge he is saying "your so blind, I know that you know"...hes pretty much in love with her still...and he knows that she can see it in his eyes, in his actions or reactions...

but its all lost in translation between him and the girl.
