Candy Corn Lyrics
Bless you
Bless our victorious warriors
I pray for you
Blood and candy mixing on the floor
Blood and candy mixing on the floor
Close your eyes
Close your eyes
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
String of pearls
A candy for each day
Each one breathes memories in a hollow man
Who says, "I"… says,"I"…. says,"I, I hear a voice... (strings) I hear a voice, voice"
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
All silhouettes walk in front of me
They all fear the strings around their necks
I place this candy … place, all these candies … place
Blood and candy mixing on the floor
Close my eyes
Close my eyes
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy
Strings of candy
Strings of candy corns
Strings of candy corns
Bless our victorious warriors
I pray for you
Blood and candy mixing on the floor

dark song, halloween love death type
The opening seems to be about a man remembering soldiers that died (close your eye) in a war that their side won. And the the vicory is bitter sweet. (Blood and candy mixing on the floor)
The next verus talks about a surving soldier, he remembers them. He must be the one making the strings of candy corns to decorate their bodies. I suppose it could be left at a grave as well. both make sense. The war (and possibly age) has left him hollow shell of a man with just his memories.
The last verus is very cleary him dieing (Close my eyes) with the memories of those who are lost and how none of them were ready to go. He sees that they all feared death ... I figure he dreamed the silhouettes and there in saw their fear of dieing when he gave them the string of candy corns.
