okay, let's break it down:

"Elvis was a coola shaker" - i'm gonna guess they mean Presley, and the band, Kula Shaker, (it's said he's in the background at the beginning of "Last Farewell")

"Marley, Ziggy Melody Maker" - Ziggy Marley (Bob Marley's son (i think)) and the Melody Makers are a reggae band

"She's a bond babe, kick some ass" - James Bond (series of action novels/movies created by Ian Fleming, an English writer)

"Doctor No [not "Nom", typo perhaps?], this girl's got class" - Doctor No, enemy of James Bond

"Charlie's Angels, Girls on top" - Charlie's Angels is a TV show from the 70s (?) (correct me if i'm wrong about the decade), as for Girls on top, shrugs it's a band, it's a club, it's a movie... they might have just meant it literally... or metaphorically...

"Handbags, heels, their pistols rock" - think there's a fair chance it's referring to the previous line

"Baby Love are so glam queen" "Sing the blues a love supreme" - ...uh... "Baby Love" is a song sung by The Supremes, it's reportedly the only song by The Supremes which reached #1 in the UK (where the Spice Girls are from) blues is a music genre... if somebody else wants to sort those two lines out, feel free to do so...

"Sixties Twiggy set the pace" "Way back then she had the face" - i believe Twiggy was a particularly petite model which i'd guess has something to do with her (nick)name & apparently the 60s were her "prime" or something

"That's all in the past, legends built to last" "But she's got something new" "She's a power girl in the 90s world" "And she knows just what to do" - takes it to what i think is the theme of this song: the female

"Cos the lady is a vamp, she's a vixen not a tramp" - Frank Sinatra had a song, "The Lady is a Tramp" "She's a dadadadada da da" "Come on fellow raise your bets cos you ain't seen nothing yet" "She's the top of the top, she's the best" - again, i think it takes it to the theme: the female (where she's been, where's she's going)

"Jackie O we loved her so" - i'm gonna go with Jacqueline Onassis here, based on the following lines... Jacqueline Lee Bouvier to begin with, then she married John F. Kennedy, (U.S.A.'s 35th President) after his assassination she married Aristotle Onassis (taking that name)... as for the "we loved her so", she was a stylish, classy, woman or so i'm led to believe... there's probably plenty more on her, but you might have to find that stuff on your own, if you're interested...

"Sorry Mr. President as far as we know" - based on the following lines (& previous line) i'm gonna assume "Mr. President" is (John Fitzgerald Kennedy)... when Marilyn Monroe sang him happy birthday, i believe that's the name she used - "happy birthday, Mr. President..." ... for more on the affair between Kennedy & Monroe try doing a google search

"Norma Jean had a 7 year itch" - Norma Jean Baker is Marilyn Monroe's real name... she was in a movie called "7 Year Itch"

"Some like it hot to a fever pitch" - "Some Like It Hot" is another movie with Marilyn Monroe, as a probably/maybe irrelevant note, AFI has named it the funniest movie of all time... i wouldn't be really surprised if the movie titles serve as puns here...

"Sandy Denny summer love"

...uh... i think i'm a bit lost here, easy for somebody to not hear right, or say it's "Sandy Danny summer love" (like it's posted here) then explain it as naming the main characters in the movie Grease, but it's not, i have the album, & the lyrics are included, & it's definitely printed "Sandy Denny" which is an artist, but other then that i don't know what else there is to these two lines...

"That's all in the past, legends built to last" "But she's got something new" "She's a power girl in a 90s world" "She's a downtown swinging dude" - mostly a repeat from before, except for that last line

"Scary, Baby, Ginger, Posh, Sporty, yes now that's your lot" - the Spice Girls introduce themselves into this, Scary = Melanie Brown, Baby = Emma Bunton, Ginger = Geri Halliwell , Posh = Victoria Adams (Beckham), Sporty = Melanie Chisholm

"We're the Spice Girls, ready to go" Ladies and gents can you please take your seats" "And we hope that you enjoyed the show" - the closing of this

"Thank you very much" - a line Elvis Presley is known for, sorta brings the whole thing full circle doesn't it?

there might be some connections i missed, (for instance, some of "Dr. No" (also being the title of one part of the James Bond series (1958)) is set in Jamaica, which is a place i believe Marley has some roots or that Frank Sinatra socialized with JFK & Marilyn Monroe)

The part about "Sandy Denny Summer Love".......I dont think that is what they are saying....lol. They are probably saying "Sandy, Danny, Summer love, Pink Lady's, T-Birds the moon above" Well, for anyone that has watched Grease should know that the main characters are Sandy and Danny. Sandy was a part of the Pink Ladies and Danny was apart of the T-Birds.
